so if he eats 16 cookies it would be time would be (t-6)days where t is the # of days he eats the cookies. and if he eats 12 cookies a day time would be t days.
16%28t-6%29=12%28t%29 16t-96=12t 4t=96 t=24so if he eats 12 cookies a day for 24 days that gives highlight%2812%2824%29=288%29cookies
we can check to see if this is right by taking 16 cookies and multiplying it by t-6 days which is 16%2824-6%29=288
