You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let one side of square = x.
This gives the equation:
X%5E2=%28x-4%29%28x%2B5%29 expand brackets
x%5E2=x%5E2%2Bx-20 transfer x terms to same side to give
x%5E2-x%5E2-x=-20
-x=-20 multiply both sides by -1
x=20
