You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x%28x%2B3%29%5E4%282x%2B3%29%5E2=0
then
x=0 or x+3=0 or 2x+3=0
then
x=0 or x=-3 or x=-3/2
then roots are:
0 (with multiplicity 1)
-3 (with multiplicity 4)
-3/2 (with multiplicity 2)
