You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the volume of a cube is l*w*h=A where length=width=height
so the external volume is x*x*x or x^3
Since the material is 1 cm thick, you lose 1cm on the left and right of the length,
you lose 1cm on the front and rear of the width,
and you lose 1cm on the bottom
so now your length = x-2cm
width = x-2cm
height = x-1cm
Internal volume =
