1st eqn, it follows slope intercept form y=mx%2Bb ---> working eqn
slop;-4 & y intercept; 7
f(y)=0 ---> -7=-4x---> -7%2F-4=cross%28-4%29x%2Fcross%28-4%29
x=7%2F4
2nd eqn,via working eqn:
12x%2B3y=21
y=%2821-12x%29%2F3 ----> y=%2821%2F3%29-%2812x%2F3%29
y=-4x%2B7 ----> same as 1st eqn! y-intercept @ 7
f(y)=0 ---> x=7%2F4
