rock CDs: 3%2F8+=+6%2F16
popo CDs: 3%2F16
2%2F16+%2B+4%2F16+%2B+6%2F16+%2B+3%2F16+=+13%2F16
There are 3/16 left and 3 CDs left
Let T = total number of CDs
3+=+%283%2F16%29%2AT
T+=+16
Tony arranged 16 CDs

1/8 + 1/4 + 3/8 + 3/16
2/16 + 4/16 + 6/16 + 3/16 = 15/16
So the 3 CDs are 1/16
3*16=48 CDs were arrainged.
