W%5E2%2B8W-105=0, perfect square
%28W%2B15%29%28W-7%29=0
2 values ----system%28W=-15cm%2Chighlight%28W=7cm%29%29
Use W=7cm
Then, L=8%2B7=15cm
Check via EQn 1,
105=15%2A7
