B lies somewhere inbetween 85 and 93
.
B has to be greater than or equal to 85 so B%3E=85 and
B has to be less than 93 so B%3C93
so: write down 85 __ B __ 93
now fill in the signs......85%3C=B%3C93

draw a number line and label 85 and 93 on the line.
put a filled-in circle at 85 and an open circle at 93
the filled in circle means that 85 is included and the open circle means that 93 is NOT included.
connect the two circles with a line.
