The slope-intercept form is y = mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
y=-4/2x-1/6 is in the slope-intercept form.
Assuming you mean y = (-4/2)x, the slope is -4/2, or -2.
The y-intercept is -1/6.
