Lines in the form y+=+mx+%2B+b+
Explicity provides both the slope of the line (m) and one point on that line (0,b).
From there you can plot that point (0,b) and then use the slope to find another point (go 'up/down y' and 'over/back x' where m = deltay/deltax). Once you have two points, plotting is simple.
You'll need to know this formula and how to use it. So getting it 'right' now is important.
