The fact that we cannot use any of the above for the reasoning makes it fun beacuse there could be many other ways to reason the answer, but I could only think of the following:
19/20 is missing 1/20
27/28 is missing 1/28
It should be common reasoning that 1/20 must be greater than 1/28
Then 19/20 is missing a greater piece to be complete than 27/28; so 27/28 must be bigger than 19/20 This question is from textbook
