You can put this solution on YOUR website! The difference between -31 and -22 is 9 The difference between -22 and -13 is 9
The difference betwee -13 and -4 is 9
Therefore the three following terms will be the addition of 9
 -4+9=5
 5+9=14
 14+9=23
 5,14,23
