You can put this solution on YOUR website!
rearrange the logistic function p/1-p = x to give the result p = x/1+x
:
p%2F%28%281-p%29%29 = x
:
Multiply both sides by (1-p)
(1-p)*p%2F%28%281-p%29%29 = (1-p)*x
:
Results:
p = x(1-p)
:
Mulitiply what's inside the brackets
p = x - xp
:
Add xp to both sides
p + xp = x
:
Factor out p
p(1+x) = x
:
Divide both sides by (1+x)
p = x%2F%28%281%2Bx%29%29
