Do you mean what exponent is needed over the "-3" to make the equation true?

Since 3%5E3=27, this means that %28-3%29%5E3=-27. So this means that %28-3%29%5E%28-3%29=1%2F%28-3%29%5E3=1%2F%28-27%29=-1%2F27

So the exponent needed is a -3
Note: negative exponents tell you to flip the fraction
