Solve for x:
3%5E%282%5Ex%29+=+15 But %283%5E2%29%5Ex+=+9%5Ex so substitute:
9%5Ex+=+15 Take the log of both sides.
log%28%289%5Ex%29%29+=+log%28%2815%29%29Apply the power rule for logs to the left side:log%28%28a%5En%29%29+=+n%2Alog%28%28a%29%29
%28x%29log%289%29+=+log%2815%29 Divide both sides by log(9)
