You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Use the distributive property
pay attention to the signs
(-)(+)=(-)
(+)(+)=(+)
(-)(-)=(+)
-3-4t+20=-2t-6+11
Simplify
17-4t=-2t+5
subtract 17 from both sides
-4t=-2t-12
add 2t to both sides
-2t=-12
divide both sides by -2
t=6
