Question 15954: The average of twelve different positive inegers is 12. What is the greatest possible value of any of these numbers? Answer by pwac(253) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! To get an average of 12,sum of integers must be 144
144/12=12
If you add together the first 11 lowest integers i.e 1 to 11
it comes to 66
subtract this from 144
144-66=78
this is greatest possible value you are looking for.
