Looking at your graph...
1) find the location of -2 along the x-axis (this is the horizontal axis)
2) draw a vertical line (straight up and down) going across the -2 on the x-axis
3) find where that "vertical line" you drew crosses the graph
4) at the point where it crosses the graph, draw a HORIZONTAL line across
5) the location at where the horizontal line crosses the y-axis is YOUR prediction of the "y-value".
