If this is the equatio:
S=[W/(1.5X10^-2)]*1/3 THEN:
180=[W*66.67]*1/3
180=200W
W=180/200=.9 MPH.
or:
S=W(1/3)/(1.5*10^-2)
180=W/3*66.67
180=66.67W/3
180=22.22W
W=180/22.22
W=8.1 MPH.
