Multiply both sides by 2
2n+=+n+%2B+2+%2B+10
2n+-+n+=+12
n+=+12
n+%2B+2+=+14
The numbers are 12 and 14
check:

12+=+%2812+%2B+2%29%2F2+%2B+5
12+=+12
