Any non-zero number raised to the zero power is 1. Any fraction raised to a negative power is the reciprocal of that fraction raised to a positive power.
Divide out a factor of 3 from numerator and denominator:
Sure comes out to an ugly fraction, but that happens sometimes. I hope it's right!! Check my math!
