You can put this solution on YOUR website! diameter of the circle must be 16 feet then radius=r=8 feet
Area =r^2pi where pi=3,14159 aprox
then
A=8^2pi=201,062 ft2 (aprox)
Answer:the area of the circle is 201.062 ft2 (aprox)
1pint covers 60 ft2
x pints covers 201,062 ft2
x=201.062/60=3.351 (aprox)
Answer: 3.351 pints of paint are needed to complete the job
each pint costs $6.95 the total cost is 6.95(3.351)=23.29 (aprox)
Answer: the cost of the paint needed is $23.29 aprox)
