You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
5x^2 = 2x - 7x^2
5x^2+7x^2-2x=0
12x^2-2x=0
2x(6x-1)=0
2x=0
x=0/2
x=0 answer.
6x-1=0
6x=1
x=1/6 answer.
Proof:
5(1/6)^2=2*1/6-7(1/6)^2
5/36=2/6-7/36
5/36=(2*6)/36-7/36
5/36=12/36-7/36
5/36=5/36
