r%5E2+%2B+8r=r%28r%2B8%29


Now collect the unique factors (and the factors that occur most) to get r%28r%2B8%29%28r%2B8%29 (note: the last two factors came from the first expression). So the LCM is r%28r%2B8%29%28r%2B8%29
