You can put this solution on YOUR website!
point P is on the terminal side of angle theta. Evaulate the six trigonometric functions for theta. P(-4,-6)
-------------------------------
x,y, and r determine the trig ratios.
You are given x and y; so you can find r = sqrt(x^2+y^2) = sqrt(16 + 36)
= sqrt(52) = 2sqrt(13)
x = -4,
y = -6
=========================
sin = y/r = -6/2sqrt(13)
cos = x/r = -4/2sqrt(13)
tan = y/x = -6/-4
-------------------------
Each of these fractions may be reduced.
Then csc, sec, and ctn are the inverse of sin, cos, and tan.
