1256=pir^2
1256=3.14*x^2
x^2=1256/3.14
x^2=400
x=sqrt400
x=20 in. is the radius
1256+12*20*x=2696
240x=2696-1256
240x=1440
x=1440/240
x=6 leafs will be needed.

I think the previous solution is wrong. He should have used the diameter: 40"
then only 3 leaves would be required
