: I just want someone to please review my work to see if i'm on the right page as far as problem solving:
Prob: write a slope intercept equation for the line parallel to 3x + 2y =10, passing thourgh the point (-1, -2)
my answer: 3x + 2y =10
2y= 10-3x
y= 10/2-3/2x
y= 5-3/2x
y= -3/2x + b
-2= -3/2(-1)+ b
-3/2x-2= b
-7/2= b
slope intercept: y= -3/2x-7/2
