We can only based on that percentage from the previous house he sold:
Salary=S -----> his sales
S=1-%28%28120000-7500%29%2F120000%29
S=0.0625%2A100
S=6.25% ----------------> commission for the sale
So for $150,000 house:
S=150000%2A0.0625
S=$9,375 ----------------> amount of money he should get
