For additional help with square roots, I have a lesson plan that I need to post on algebra.com the first chance that I get. For now, you can find it on my website by clicking on my tutor name "rapaljer" anywhere in algebra.com, then go to "Basic Algebra", then "Samples from "Basic Algebra:One Step at at Time," the "Chapter 5", and then "Section 5.01". That explains the whole concept from the beginning with explanation, examples, exercises, and answers--ALL FREE!
