The volume is the area of the base times the height, or 7000*25 cc
V = 175000 cc (cubic centimeters) or 175 liters

Tap A's flow is 5.0 liters in 20 seconds, or 15 l/min
Tap B's flow is 2.5 liters in 15 seconds, or 10 l/min
The sum is 25 liters/min.
