9x+7, 85, 49, 2x+3, 45, x
9x+7+85+49+2x+3+45+x=12x+189 is the perimeter.
Inside you only have 2 values. Not enough for a triangle or any other figure, unless it is a rectangle with equal sides of 9x,9x,5x-7 & 5x-7.
Then the perimeter=9x+9x+(5x-7)+(5x-7)=18x+10x-14=28x-14=14(2x-1)
