Let's use elimination, since we have a 2y and a -2y:

3x-2y=3
6x+2y=3
________
9x+0y=6

9x=6
x=6/9

PLug that in to the first original equation:
3(6/9)-2y=3
2-2y=3
-2y=1
y=-1/2

Answer: (6/9,-1/2)
