You can put this solution on YOUR website!
b=h+7
bh/2=39 yhen bh=78
then
(h+7)h=78
h^2+7h-78=0

h+=+%28-7+%2B-+sqrt%28+7%5E2-4%2A1%2A78+%29%29%2F2+ =
%28-7+%2B-+sqrt%28361%29%29%2F2+=%28-7+%2B-+19%29%2F2+
then h=(-7+19)/2=6
Answer:
h=6 and b=13
