Vic claims that he knows a certain combination of U.S. coins such that he can't make change for a dollar, half-dollar, quarter, dime or nickel. Is this possible? If so, what is the greatest amount of money Vic could have, and what coins would they be? He does not have any dollar coins. Explain.
