Domain is the set of x values that results in a real result. The square root of a negative number is not a real number. So the domain is any x whre (3 - x) >=0
Domain x <= -3
Range. sqrt of 0=0. Then as x gets more and more negative, g(x) gets larger. So the range is all numbers greater than 0
To sketch, plot several points (example where x=0 x=-6 x=-22 x=-141) then draw in a smooth curve to connect the points
