Factor (difference between two perfect squares)
(x^2-25)(x^2+25)

Factor x^2-25 (again, difference between two perfect squares)
(x-5)(x+5)(x^2+25)

So x^4-625 factors to
(x-5)(x+5)(x^2+25)
