Question 150669:
Would you say a parabola would be considered a Symmetrical, second order, quadratic polynomial? I have a question asking :Parabolas are what kind of Polynomial?
() Symmetrical
()Second order
() Quadratic
() All of the above
I see all being a part of a parabola but only Quadratic is a polynomial, the second order part seems to fall under the quadratic and symmetrical seems to be just an axis that says there are two sides that mirror each other.
What is your take?
