Notice that 91 has factors of 1, 7, 13, and 91. If it's factorable with integers, it has to be a pair of those, either 1 and 91, or 7 and 13.
The coefficient of x will be the difference between the 2 factors. 1 and 91 would be a difference of 90, way off. 7 and 13 have a difference of 6, so they're it.
So it's (x + 7)*(x - 13)
