You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f%28x%29=4-x
g%28x%29=1%2Bx%5E2
Replace f(x) for x in g(x).
g%28f%28x%29%29=1%2B%284-x%29%5E2
Now replace x=-2 in the expression and solve.
g%28f%28-2%29%29=1%2B%284-%28-2%29%29%5E2
g%28f%28-2%29%29=1%2B%286%29%5E2
g%28f%28-2%29%29=1%2B36
g%28f%28-2%29%29=37
