Your eqn: T=2pi%2A%28sqrt%281%29%2Fg%5E3%29
cross multiply, then divide by 'T',
cross%28T%29g%5E3%2Fcross%28T%29=%282pi%2Asqrt%281%29%2FT%29
divide the whole eqn by 1%2F3
g= %282pi%2Asqrt%281%29%2FT%29^1/3 or cube root
