You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the center and radius of 2x%5E2+%2B+2y%5E2+-+4+=+0
Put in standard form
2x%5E2+%2B+2y%5E2+=+4
x%5E2+%2B+y%5E2+=+2
It's a circle about the origin with a radius of sqrt(2).
