Rearrange:
z^2 + 18z + 45
Using the AC Method of factoring:
Think of two numbers whose product is 45 and whose sum is 18
The numbers are 15 and 3
Rewrite the problem:
z^2 + 15z + 3z + 45
Factor the 1st two and the last two terms separately
z(z+15) + 3(z+15)
Factor again:

(z+15)(z+3)
=================
