You can put this solution on YOUR website! For each of the following conditionals, identify the antecedent and the consequent. Form the converse, inverse, and contrapositive. (a) If I don’t go to the movie, I’ll study my math.
antecedent is always the "if" part of the statement: "If I don't go to the movie"
 ---------------
consequent is always the "then" part of the statement: (then) I'll study my math.
 ---------------
p: If I don't go to the movie.
 q: I'll study my math
statement:(if p then q) If I don’t go to the movie, I’ll study my math.
converse: (if q then p) If I study my math, then I don't go to the movie.
inverse: (if p' then q') If I go to the movie, then I will not study my math.
contrapositive:(if q' then p') If I don't study my math then I will go to the movie.

 (b) Your car won’t start if you don’t have gasoline in the tank.
antecedent: if you don't have gasoline in the tank
consequent: (then) your car won't start.
Comment: I'll leave the statement, converse, inverse, and contrapositive to you.
