1+page+=+25cross%28words%29%2Fcross%28square+inch%29 x 53+letters%2Fcross%28word%29 x 1cross%28square+inch%29%2F%28254%5E2%29+square+centimeter
= 20.54 letters%2Fsquare+centimeter

I gave you two methods here. The second is quicker than the first.

First method:
inch=2.54 centimeters
inch=25 words

x=average words in centimeter
y=5.3 (average letters per word)

25=2.54x
Divide each side by 2.54
9.84=x
xy=average letters per square centimeter
%289.84%29%285.3%29=average letters per square centimeter

52.2 average letters per square centimeter


Second method:
inch=2.54 centimeters
inch=25 words
5.3 letters per word

(5.3)(25)=letters per inch
132.5

Divide by 2.54 to get average letters in centimeter
132.5/2.54=52.2

52.2 average letters per square centimeter
