The Fahrenheit and Celsius scales are related by the equation F= (9/5)C+32. What temperature Celcius would give the body temperature of 98.6 degrees F?
---------------
98.6 =(9/5)C + 32
(9/5)C = 66.6
C = 37 degrees Celsius

Well, there's no harm in substituting I guess. Re-arranging the formula,
C+=+%285%2F9%29%28F-32%29
C = (5/9)(98.6-32)
highlight+%28C+=+37deg%29 Body temperature
 Thank you,
