You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You are given:
F=mv^2/r
.
and you needed to solve for m, v, and r.
This means that they want you to "isolate" each (m, v, r) to one side of the equal sign (doesn't matter which side).
.
For 'm':
F=mv^2/r
multiply both sides by 'r':
rF=mv^2
divide both sides by v^2:
(rF)/v^2=m
.
For 'v':
F=mv^2/r
divide both sides by 'm':
F/m=v^2/r
multiply both sides by 'r':
(Fr)/m=v^2
take the square root of each side:
sqrt[(Fr)/m]=v
.
For 'r':
F=mv^2/r
multiply both sides by r:
rF=mv^2
divide both sides by F:
r=(mv^2)/F
