The original equation would become x%5E2-4y%5E2%2Bz%5E2%2B4xy=0. Just subtract the right side from the left (which means change the signs). You cannot go further than that I believe.
however, if you want to solve for x, just do this: x=sqrt%284y%5E2-z%5E2-4xy%29.
