Solve each equation for "y":
y > 2x-1
y< -3x+6

Graph the boundary for each of the inequalities;
that is the line which is the correcponding equality:
Graph:
y = 2x-1 and shade the half-plane ABOVE the boundary (reddish line):
y = -2x+6 and shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary (green line):
Comment: draw a vertical line thru both lines and you will see what
above and below means.
