x = 3y+3
Substitute for x in eqn 1
4(3y+3)-5y = -2
12y +12 - 5y = -2
7y = -14
y = -2
Sub for y in eqn 1
4x -5(-2) = -2
4x + 10 = -2
4x = -12
x = -3
Did I solve this one earlier? It seems familiar, but after awhile they all look alike.
