You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Using your two points, (X1,Y1) and (X2,Y2), find the slope from the following equation.
m=%28Y2-Y1%29%2F%28X2-X1%29
Now with the slope and either of the points you can use the point slope form,
y-Y1=m%28x-X1%29
or equivalently
y-Y2=m%28x-X2%29
